i recently had windows vista installed on my computer but found out that it won't play my old games and alot of recent ones, i thought of installing another hard drive in with xp on as well as vista on another hdd. can u please tell me if this will work? many thanks

Yes it will work... you will need to access system bios to instruct pc which drive to boot from.
