How do I change the light bulb in my Whirlpool GMC305PDS07 Microwave Oven?

My light bulb went out and Whirlpool claims only a qualified repair man can replace and will not give me instructions to do so myself. Just for the service call alone I am looking at $170. Surely there is a simple way for me to replace myself. Thanks

I have the same problem. I microwave everything in the dark because I refuse to pay hundreds of dollars to change a light bulb. If you figure it out, please let me know.
