I have just had the same problem, changed the pressure differential switch but but still same intermittant problem. Finally changed the PCB now OK.

Now got problem with pressure going too low overnight and not start up in the morning any ideas anyone ?.

I have very strange noises coming from my boiler every time I fire it up. It works fine, I think it is air in the system. Can anyne tell me how to bleed this air outplease?
