Very common with this machine, iof freezer is working (and i suspect it is) its down to the fridge evap freezing up a few bits it could be
1 the sensor has gone (around £25)
2 the drain hole has blocked, use a walpaper steamer to blast it through
3the polly block is water loged and thats expensive around £100
