How do i get the zoom lens on my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-p200 to go back in?

The lens of my Sony Cyber-shot 7.2 megapixels DSC-P200 camera is stuck out and makes a strange grinding noise when turned on and then requestes that it is turned back off again.
