i had the error code f12 and switched off machine when i switched back on the machine wont do anything it says door. the door is locked when machine on but unlocks when i turn off. any ideas
I get that error if the water has not been fully pumped out of the machine following the previous wash, try running the 2 min drain cycle a couple of times and retry, usually works for me.
