my rca h125a mp3 player thats made in china is freeze. i am unable to unfreeze it. i try to turn it off and it wont and i plug it in the computer and i wont move. can you give me some insturction as to how it can be unfreeze please.

just had the same problem and holding the power button for 10 sec. reset the unit.

RCA SUCKS. NEVER BUY RCA/CHINA/WALMART. THEY SHOULD RENAME THEIR COMPANY RCW. GOT CHINA TO MAKE THESE CHEAP FOR THEM TO LINE THEIR POCKETS. CHINA MAKES CRAP THAT DOESN'T WORK CORRECTLY OR AT LEAST NOT FOR VERY LONG. DO SOME RESEARCH TO SEE JUST HOW MANY COMPLAINTS THERE HAVE BEEN ON THESE WALMART AFTER THANKSGIVING DAY SALE RCA MP3 PLAYERS. $88.96 AND 3 OF THE 4 I BOUGHT ARE LOCKED UP. THE 4TH ONE SOON I'M SURE.
