If you have access to the inside of the door you can try cutting through the deadbolt.
Provided there's no glazing tap in a couple of wedges either side of the lock.
Drill out as much of the dead bolt as you can, then use an angle grinder with a metal cutting disc to slice through the remains.
If you're not au fait with power tools then you should have just about enough space to use a junior hacksaw, though it's a pain in the arse job!
If you're on the outside then there's not much option than to chop out the timber on the frame with a chisel.
