My Philco D421 tumble dryer?

Hi I am trying to find the fluff filter on my above tumble dryer - I cannot use it until I find it as I smell burning when I put things in and I assume its coming from an overfull filter. Please help??

Open the door, look straight ahead to the middle of the back of the machine. You will see a round plastic filter about 10 inches in diameter with a small handle in the centre. Pull this out towards you. It has 2 sections to it. Pull apart over the centre spring and you will see the fluff! Clean this off and reasemble the filter and push in to locate again. However you should also check the hose outlet which connects to the external exhaust. This could have fluff hidden from view.To access this, remove the back plate on the machine. The filter should be cleaned after each use. I sometimes forget to do this and have noticed that the machine does not dry efficiently. I have my machine since 1984. This machine has given excellent service!!!
