Convergence problem on Epson LCD Projector EMP 5100?

The colours only precisely converged in centre screen but away from centre area red, green, blue images are not precisely converged. Lettering show the words three times not converged. Images show either green or blue edging. It could have been knocked or dropped - slight corner damage to rear top corner of projector. Lamp only done 500 hours. How do I proceed to acheive optimum convergence of the three images? Menu adjustments don't affect problem

Buy another EMP 5100 and and use the lamp from yours.
The problem is there is no service data available for the optical block, it was only ever a return to Epson route.
They come up on ebay from time to time.
