Honestly, this may sound like bs answer but you have to HEAT it. That means being placed on a heater, or radiator, or even a hot oven. Now, you don't want to melt the thing or set it on fire, but you have to come really close! You have to superheat them for a few minutes for sure, they can actually withstand a surprising amount of heat. This solution worked for myself and many others, and after searching the internet, it seems to be the best solution for this particular problem!
