how can I fix my vokera linea 80 combi boiler?

my boiler is leaking from bottom of the main chamber (the large silver box where the pilot light can be seen)

my boiler runs hot water for about 3 minutes then stops for 30 seconds before running hot again this continues while the hot water tap is on.
