I have a Haier 13" color tv. I can adjust the contrast all the way out and the tv still won't get any brighter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well i have never tried it before I saw a device online called
vge Video Game Enhancer it claimed to make video games brighter made by Nuwave. i saw an enhanced screen shot it looked alot brighter the device cost about 10-25 dollars and the input plugs into the device then into the tv (could work) saw it on amazon and ebay, someone probaly makes something better though
