ghd hair straighteners?

i have had my ghd hair straighteners for a year and yesterday i was using them as normal when the red light went off suddenly and they would no longer work. i changed the fuse a few times but they still would not turn on. is there anything else that can be changed in the appliance? i really do not want to buy a new pair of ghds! thanks.

ghd straighteners have a thermal fuse on top of the heater
it will have gone open
this can be repaced

but I do not know the temperature rating of the fuse

i have been trying to find out
