Baxi 105e fan or flue fault?

The fan or flue indicator is flashing. The flue is fine and when I switch the CH on, the fan tries to rotate for a second then stops. I have turned the fan by hand and it seems fine. Are there any checks I can do at the pcb?

You can try the fan connection if you have the instuments, (check there is voltage at the fan) Maybe the air pressure switch, or tubes to it blocked,
