pc to recognize mp3 player to updat firmwware?
I have 2 creative zen players that I cannot down load new firmware on , so they are stuck in recovery mode. I have the newest version of firm ware on my pc, but my computer does not see the player.I've tried changes in the registery, diffrent computers, diffrent usb outlets. Help!
