how can i fix my samsung yp-z5?

whenever i connect my mp3 player to my computer nothing happens so i cannot put anything on there but it still charges the player please help. (also i have put the disk that comes with it in but still nothing)

And when i try to charge it the little lightning sign appears but then after about 15 mins it gose off again

my one just comes up with a blank screen and i cant go up and down to scroll to choose a song bt it stills play and charges

um ppl have told me to put on hold on da mp3 and charge it den turn it off for two hours and put it on and it shud b full battery i havent tryed it yet but u shud try !!also try to take out the battery out and put it back in.

Hey i have the same problem, except it dont charge, well it says it is but it only charges it a little but. Did you manage to fix the problem???
