Polaroid PDV-0700 smoked capacitor C61?

PDV-0700 smoked C61, a surface mount electrolytic, how would I find what it's value is and then get a replacement. Works reasonably well without it however.

If the C61 you are referring to is on the main board on the bottom, my PDV-0700 never had the part installed.
