How can I fit a new battery to the motherboard?

I have a Compach Presariowhich loses time while switched off overnight.I suspect it may be a small battery on the motherboard gone flat. how can I check for this and possibly
fit a new battery?

You'll need to open up the PC, then on the motherboard look for the coin type battery that says "CR20XX" Usually you can buy these at Walgreens for about $3 US. There is a little metal/plastic tab holding it in, the battery slides and pops out to the side. The new one slides in, make sure the words are face up (polarity)
Good luck.
