Where can I get a user guide for my Itronics 20 GB Jukebox??

I have lost the user guide for my daughters "Itronics 20GB Jukebox".Can anyone tell me where I can get another one,as the Jukebox was a gift and we cant get any sound out but its playing tunes.The model is Itronics 20GB Jukebox.Many thanks for any help at all.Jean.
