if ou do not have a password and do not have to login in when you boot to the desktop after turning computer on. You will not have to enter password leave blank and click ok.

This sounds like the Windows Screensaver password, and the other answer seems correct, you must have set one at one time. You can turn it off by right clicking the desktop, choose properties and then screensaver, and unclick ON resume, require password.

Not sure what your question is? Assuming you have a flavour of Windows however. Why not just enter your password. Windows is not capable of making up passwords so, assuming that the PC is yours, you must have entered one at some time. If I have go this wrong tyr a new question with more information.
