pump keeps running?

I have a Baxi solo PFL gas boiler. It is about 3 years old. I have noticed that even when the programmer is off the pump is always running. The boiler works OK apart from this. Can anyone advise on this

It could be that the thermostat on your hot water cylinder is set higher than the thermostat on your boiler; therefore, the cylinder keeps calling for more heat. Try turning the thermostat down on the cylinder.
