Transonic Tv CTV 5144 No Vertical deflection?

Fault not in output stage, I feel can pulse out put to work from multimeter. Think driver fault or feedback to tda 4505e circuit dia of this area would be helpful any ideas would be appreciated could be IcC tda4505e ???

Sorry I can't be of help, but I too have a transonic CTV 5144 with no vertical deflection. If you learn anything or obtain a circuit diagram could you please let me know?
