Worcester 30cdi switching off?

My boiler above reaches a temperature of about 95C then switches itself off when under Hot Water load. Any hints?

Note I have disconnected the radiators for some redecorations - I am now worried that I should not be using the system even for hot water until the radiators have been put back and the system repressurised?

Just to add more details on the above on HW demand the boiler's temperature rapidly raises to 95-99 before making some noise and switching off. Occasionally it displays (errors?) U0, U1, U2 after going through 99. Don't know if these are errors or whether they are meant to indicate 100C, 101C, 102C. Thanks.
