Very sorry to hear that. The disk error problem may occur if some corrupted files are stored in the player or if the USB connection is disrupted while data is still being transferred. You can refer to this site by link:

Alternatively you can try to format the player follow the step as below:
1. Please copy all the folders to your pc.
2. Please format the FAT file on the player itself.
3. After format it on the player, please copy all your folders to your player
and notice that each folder should be on the original address.
