The Guide plus system does not work anymore?

I have a RCA 36" md. bought in 2001 The guide plus just recently quit working. WHY?? What can you do to help me get it working adain?

It seems the Guide Plus system started flaking out right about the time your reported it not working. It seemed to have cleared up a few days later. It is now JUly 23rd, and now the system doesn't work at all on my computer (I have an ATI All-in-Wonder Pro card installed).
