Potterton Puma 80 low pressure light is on?

I've just bleed some of the radiators and some leaking water in one radiator has lowered the system pressure.
The red light is on and we cant get hot water nor heating.
Can I fix this myself? Could anyone suggest what to do please?
Thanks

system probrably wants re-filling, there is a pressure gauge under the boiler that should read 1 bar. look for a flexible pipe under boiler with a tap on, open tap and watch the gauge build up to one, and then turn tap back off. hope this helps.
