How can i fix Ariston Margherita AWD10?

My machine will not work.I load the machine,programe it and then turn it on.The door locks and i here click the lights flash as they should and then nothing the water does not enter the machine.I have tried it on ever programe it locks the door ok but nothing else.
Please HELP.
