how can i fix my creda simplicity 1200?

my washing machine is very noisy when it spins. the back sping looks looser than the front but is intact. could this be the reason? also the hard plastic inner seal is jagged and worn and black bits of plastic come out on the washing is this related?

Your washing machine sound like the drum bearing have gone
the plastic bits at the front get damaged when the drum does not spin in a curculer motion but moor in an egg shape .You could check to se if the drum moves loosley up and down and se if the glass door has deep scratches on the top of the glass
all these thing are a sign that the bearings have gone.As for the black bits sounds like the bearing seal at the back has gone
this will leave black dot markes on the cloathing and then grease contamination. Hope this helps. Jim from Arnold domestics 01253 693551
