over the weekend my hot water starting coming through cold, then last night the heating stopped working. The boiler was fitted 5 years ago and i live in a hard water area. Is there anything you could recommend we do or any suggestions to what it coul be so that we don't get ripped off?

Need more info. Is anything happening? Is the pump running? is the fan running? Are there any flashing lights or warning lights? Is there a reset button? Have you tried power off and back on? Have you checked the pressure in the gauge?
