Myspace and Bebo still wont work everytime i try i try one of the tips to stop the block this comes up

Assuming that you are at work there is no way around this. Your employer has blocked this site for business reasons.

Additionally, if you try to get around the block (even if you are unsuccessful) your employer may choose to take disciplinary action for misuse of company assets.
