Assuming that your question is about SCART connectors, use a SCART to SCART cable.
Alternatively, if your TV really is an HD TV and you are trying to plug an HD source into it (DVD, STB, etc.) use an HDMI cable not SCART.
If this isn't your problem try a NEW post wit MUCH more information about what you are actually tryng to do. Your question is terse in the extreme making an answer difficult.
