How do I get songs on the Lexar MDA256-100 MP3 player?

I received this as a gift and all it had was the player and cord. Is there software to get the music from my computer onto the player? I have Windows XP. Help!!! My son is going frantic!!

I just contacted Lexar about the same issue.

All you do is to use copy & paste with windows exployer

there is a help button that you can chat with lexar online. Thery sent me the manual.. but all it said was to use cut & paste

Try that

It will simply be seen as a drive under 'my computer'. Drag and drop to the disk (player) and you'll be all set
