We have a Horizon treadmill, the power is there and the motor lifts the treadmill BUT the track does not rotate?

I need to disassemble my treadmill, and has misplaced the instructions. Rather than 'winging - it' does anyone know where I can find the instuctions on-line?

I used to sell these things, there are seperate motors for inclination and the belt. Firstly try tightening the belt. If that doesnt work the motor has a lifetime warranty, and either 2 or 3 yrs labour, but horizon labour charges aren't too bad anyway if out of warranty and usually an engineer comes within a few days.
