My Road Angel switches on OK (announces "Road Angel"), self-tests (screen and indicator lights light up red), and will update itself through the Road Angel website. But it has suddenly just started saying 'searching for satellites' without ever picking them up. This of course renders it useless. Unit is about 2-1/2 years old.
