I assume that this is a front load. You probably have a clogged bag inside the machine. Remove the back and disconnect the rubber catch bag. You will probably find some lost change and other items. It is a pain to reconnect but will save you a service call. Make sure that you look closely behind the fan for anything to bind it.

listen for pump running during spin. if ok most likely prob is blockage in grey flexi hose that goes to waste pipe or pump is choked. if pump not running elec prob ie pump motor siezed, burnt out, prob with timer etc. most common prob is the blockage
