The bath and shower have a long shallow angle pipe run, and I feel are getting slow to clear waste water because of a build up of gunc, what is the best way to clear/dissolve this build up, without taking the pipework apart? Access is very poor except for the outlet outside the house! There are several 90 deg bends in the pipework.

i bought an aeosol can of drain cleaner from focus diy. you push the special end onto the drain hole and send a pulse of cleaner along the pipe. worked a treat for me.
