OMG! GUYS, IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM, I HAD A LAPTOP, I BROUGHT THE CAMERA, I DOWNLOADED USING THE CD THAT CAME WITH IT, AND I DONT KNOW WHERE I PUT THE CD, ITS LOST FOR GOOD, AND SO I NOW HAVE A COMPUTER, WHICH I NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE CAM ONTO, AND IVE DOWNLOADED IT, ITS FINE, THE COMPUTER KNOWS IT ON THERE, AND EVERYTIME IN ON MSN, IT COMES UP, BUT ITS BLANK OR JUST WHITE? HOW WIERD IS THAT?! PEOPLE PLEASE HELP! THANKS. X and sorry for the caps, wasnt nesserary but you know, thanks guys x

I have the same camera, just download what should be drivers and it was just a picture that wouldnt open! WTF!

Your cam driver will be the M6217 if it has no mic or the M6217M if it does have a mic. I hope this helps you a lot more than the person who is clever enough to offer advice regarding purchasing 'proper brand' cameras. Help like that isn't needed anywhere ;)

Some times there is a web site www.mikomi.co.uk and sometimes there isn't. Have you tried contacting the company that you bought it from - Argos?

Frankly your best bet is a to buy a new camera with a proper brand.
