My grandsons Portable dvd keeps saying no disc on the screen.
what could be wrong? How do i fix. company wont do anything.

I have the same problem with both of my dvd players! I just got off the phone with Curtis and they want me to send the players and $35 each for them to fix it. The warranty is 1 year parts and 90 days labor but it seems like this problem is widespread. Have you had any luck finding any help?
