just had a new bathroom fitted and since the pressure on the boiler is dropping to zero within a couple of hours of re-pressurising, there are no leaks inside house, but i take take a off chance and looked at the the pipe going through wall to outside and notice there is water coming out of this can anyone help

prv has activated. did you take the pressure to high or leave filling loop open.

look under bottom of boiler and there is a red knurled knob open and shut that a few times maybe dirt lodged in valve.

if not and still leaking new prv needed.
