how do i get it to turn on i was listing to it good then i added some songs on a slow computer then i think a virius came in and how do i get to turn on again and i also tried to reset it again wat should i do

This may be a DUH!? comment but have you checked to see if the HOLD button is turned off? I have an Opal and had the same thing happen. It will load files while the HOLD button is on but when you disconnect from the P.C. it resets and turns back on. If the hold button is in the on position the player won't function. If thats not it then take it back. I don't think I've ever heard of a virus embedded in an MP3.
