Why does My boiler has a long delay to stop?

My boiler is Vokera 20-80 R.S Flowmatic. Each time after I used hot water and turned the hot water tap off, the boiler continued to be on for 10 to 30 minutes until water temperatures reached 80C. I have noticed twice that the radiators were hot.

I suspect that your domestic flow switch is sticking, the reason the radiators get hot is to protect the boiler from the excess heat
