How can I get my hose assembly on my Hoover Steamvac 1500 Deluxe Model F5862-900 to spray cleaning solution? It just one day stopped spraying. Replaced the hose assembly due to broken hose and thought that was contributing to the problem but it isn't. When I depress the trigger to spray solution sometimes the solution will dribble out or no solution will come out at all. Checked the hoses on the inside of the unit. All clear there. Would the solution not dispensing have anything to do with either the turbine assembly or the pump? Thanks for any help ahead of time.

When in floor mode, it works fine...no problems there. I'll give your suggestion a try and let you know how it works out. Thanks!

First, does the unit spray the floor when in floor mode?... if so I'd say the pump is fine ... (only has one for both functions, Floor/Tools).You may have to try the same thing I did when my hose (tool mode) would squirt but not the floor mode .... I "primed" the hose by squeezing it repeatedly while holding the trigger and after a minute or 2 got results. The hoses are black & white and run down behind the tanks .... I kept squeezing the black one because after taking both loose that was the one devoid of soap.
