how can i fix my psp?

my psp wont turn on.when i turn it on the light goes green and then it powers down automatically.also when i charge it the light goes orange but wont turn on

It is Bricked (broken,Screwed,Destroyed)!
At some point you have upgraded or downgraded your psp, and you either turned it off, dropped it while up/downgrading, or you downgraded and it bricked!
get a new motherboard for £75 , go on psprepairs.co.uk they will tell you whats wrong.

i need a whole new screen beacuse my cracked screen is broken and my analog joy stick needs fixing as well because mine broke.
