Your SKY remote SHOULD be capable of controling the volume/chanel number on MOST TV's. Phone SKY and ask their tech people. Its a simple process of pressing scertain buttons on the remote in order usign a "code" until you find the right code. SKY may well have the code for all brands of TV

Hve you asked Sky. Their CS is usually very good on remote codes. If they don't have on then that's it I'm afraid.
