Using the Sony TV remote, it has to be the Sony remote. Just above the 4 fast text buttons on the left there is a button that when you press it pulls up a menu. You then navigate to the appropriate menu and use the coloured buttons to start the tuning process. All the instructions will be displayed on screen. If I get 5 minutes late I will expand on this explaination.
