while scanning my c drive it says, error: cab- read -block:can't read block header?

CAB files are compressed storage files. Sometimes when scanners cant read them thats the error they give. Nothing to be worried about, more than likely they are corrupted.

Try using Scandisk on them to see if they are.

I've seen this a few times and so far never been anything other than corrupted files.
