Ok.
This can be tricky to do.
First thing to do is ensure the numbers on both tubes are the same & that the small circuit board that plugs in to the tube is identical on both.
At the back of tube just before it goes narrow there will be a large coil this is the scan coils this will have 4 wires coming off follow these wires to where they plug in on main circuit board both sets must have identical plugs double check this.
Ok do this to the letter ensure both sets are unpluged from mains. Look at rear of tube you will see near the top a rubber seal approx 2 ins in diameter with a thick red wire connected to it this is the HT lead you will need to discharge any stored electricity from the tube befor removing this lead. To remove any electricity is done buy doing the following Get 2 large flat bladed screwdrivers on the back of the tube you will see a 5mm wide length of braided wire which goes from corner to corner around the tube it has springs connecting it to the corners of tube, Now slide 1 screwdriver under this braid wire & the other screwdriver slide under the rubber cap now bring both screwdriver shafts together so that any electricity travels from 1 screwdriver to the other which is slid unber the braid, WHEN YOU DO THIS THERE MAY BE A SPARK & A LOUD CRACK NOISE. Providing you are holding on to insulated ends of screwdriver you will not get a shock. If you are scared of electricity or not competent enough or have a pace maker either let a shop repair your tv or get someone who feels confident do this part.
Now peel up rubber ring & push firmly to the left or right & the cap & lead will come off.
Now follow this thick red lead you will see that it enters a large black or grey transformer this is the line output transformer. This transformer will have 2 more leads coming out of it fo;;ow these leads they go to the small circuit board on the thin neck of the tube now pull this circuit board & its connector from off the end of the tube. Now go to the 4 wires on the scan coils make a note of where they plug in on the main board & pull them out.
Now if you have a digital camera take pictures of where everything plugs in to the main board as you need to remove the board next from the tv cabinet.
Unplug the speaker wires, the mains lead where it connects near the on /off switch. The degause lead this is the lead that goes all around the tube & has tape wrapped around it it may look like a flat figure of 8 & runs near the braid going to all corners of the tube.
There may be 1 or more earth leads connected to the braid & may be soldered to parts of main chasis these need to be disonected.
There will be plugs which connect to the volume & ch change buttons these will be connected to the main board these need unpluging.
Once all wires disconected slide out the main circuit board & place some where safe.
Now place a couple of thick books on your table & put tv tube down on these books.
Now it is still possible to get a very small shock from the hole where HT lead connected it is wise to discharge again using the 2 screwdrivers as before.
Now you will need a socket set or large philips screwdriver to undo the bolts on the corners of the tube once all are out the plastic cabinet will drop down on to the table leaving the tube suspended on the books.
Discarge ht from tube again with the screwdrivers.
Now you will need 2 people to lift out the tube holding it on the corners where the bolts went in. WARNING TUBES ARE VERY HEAVY so please be carefull.
Now to replace the tube do exactly te same in reverse order.
IF THE TUBE NUMBERS SCAN COIL PLUGS OR ANY OTHER PARTS OF THE TUBE & ITS FITTINGS ARE NOT IDENTICAL DO NOT SWAP THEM.
This work is not an easy repair so do not attempt it if you are not competant to do so.
***** YOU ATTEMPT THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK****
