For some reason I cannot register on my old regimental message board, I keep geeting the message that my cookies are at the wrong setting, I followed advice from the message board to fix the problem but alas to no avail, Im quite new to computing and would appreciate very much if you can answer if you could basically spell it out to me what I would need to do to fix this problem.

Try going to tools, internet options, selecting privacy, click on edit at the bottom then type in the website address and then click allow. Do u use a firewall?
