I somehow lost the cap covering the USB port on mine yesterday, I phoned up the number for them and when I was put through, I told them my problem and the guy said "No problem, tell me your name and address and we will send one out to you".
If you have the warranty card for your player, it should have a contact phone number on it. If not, I can offer you the English number, you could ring that and see if they have a number for the country you are in (if you are not in the UK).
